Throughout many successful years of business, our level of personal service has distinguished us from our competitors.

Our commitment to quality starts with a site visit to record ambient light, temperature and humidity levels. This information will determine which sub tropical plants would thrive in your particular environment. At this point, we can advise whether living plants are suitable or if the site would be better served by using synthetic plants.

Whatever the situation, we can offer a comprehensive choice of plants and containers.

Maintenance Service

Maintenance is a service for both living and artificial displays. Deedman's pride itself on the quality of the maintenance service, using techniques that have been acquired over 30 years in the industry.

In order to ensure that the plants remain healthy, our maintenance teams attend sites on a regular basis. Our maintenance schedule includes the following:

For Living Plants -

Watering
Misting and spraying to ensure correct humidity
Correct feeding of plants to achieve optimum health and growth
Cleaning and polishing plant leaves
Trimming plants and removal of any dead leaves
Full pest control
Topping up of compost
Cleaning containers

For Artificial Plants -

We offer ongoing cleaning and flame retarding services to maintain plant appearance and to comply with Health and Safety directives.

Free Plant Replacement

Should plants die, which can occur through no fault of the maintenance standard, they will be automatically replaced free of charge with a specimen of equivalent value.

However this is not subject to customer damage.

Friendly, well trained staff

Deedman's employ only friendly, polite and helpful staff and provide them with in-house training.

At any time during your contract if you require assistance with any matter you can speak to any of the maintenance staff or contact Head Office directly and the issue will be dealt with quickly and effectively.

Our Promise

In addition to the scheduled maintenance visits, each site is reported on regularly by a supervisor to ensure that our high standards are being satisfied throughout the country at all times.

Installation

Deedman's (if possible) prepare, wrap and then transport displays to the site; where they are then installed in a minimum amount of time and with a minimum amount of fuss.

In cases where displays need to be built on site, we will arrange the most convenient time with you in order to ensure that there is no disruption to your business.
